Common questions
How do I invite someone to a group?
Open the group, tap Invite, then share the link or let them scan the QR code. The link opens Remind Us if they have it, or sends them to install it first.
Someone checked off a reminder, why did it disappear for me?
That's by design. In a shared list, completing a reminder clears it for everyone so the group never does the same thing twice.
How do I assign a reminder to a person?
Open a reminder and pick who it's for. They get the notification, and anyone in the group can see who's on it.
What's free and what's Pro?
The core experience is free. Pro lifts the limits on how many groups, members, lists and recurring reminders you can have. One person's subscription unlocks Pro for the whole household.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by the App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel them in your store account settings on your device.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile and choose Delete Account. This permanently erases your data from our systems.
I'm not getting notifications.
Check that notifications are enabled for Remind Us in your device Settings, and that the group's notification setting isn't muted. If it persists, email us.
