Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Remind Us app and website. By using Remind Us you agree to them.

1. The service

Remind Us lets you create and share reminders and lists with people you invite. We may add, change or remove features over time.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Do not use Remind Us for anything unlawful, abusive, or that infringes others' rights.

3. Your content

You own the content you create. You grant us the limited right to store, process and display it for the purpose of operating the service and syncing it to the group members you choose. You are responsible for what you share with a group.

4. Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel a subscription in your store account settings. A subscription unlocks Pro features for your household. Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Payments are handled by the app stores; we do not process payments directly.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Do not upload content that is illegal or violates the rights of others.
• Do not use the service to send spam or harass other members.

6. Termination

You can stop using Remind Us and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

7. Disclaimer

Remind Us is provided "as is". We do our best to deliver reminders reliably, but we cannot guarantee that every notification arrives on time, and you should not rely on it for safety-critical matters. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remind Us is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
